We've ordered tacos twice from here in the last week. They are so good & it's so convenient! Each time we've called ahead to place our order for pick up. Both times our order was ready in 15 minutes. We get the El Chato Special with chicken & chorizo with onions & cilantro. We get hot (red) & mild (green) sauce too. The hot is very spicy & flavorful . The mild is simply flavorful. Highly recommend giving them a try if you haven't already!
These tacos were so good I literally stopped in the middle of eating to take this pic for a review....The torta is also a great pick. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for delicious, authentic food.
It's been a while since I visited El Chato Taco Truck, and I have to ask myself "why?" These are some of the best tacos around! You won't find skimpy tacos here. These tacos are packed with flavorful meat, strong onions, and gorgeous fresh cilantro. The pollo, which was just ok before, is now great! I don't know what is different, but I truly hope it stays this way. Tonight's salsa was also different. Thick and a strange color, it really didn't have a lot of flavor, but man, did it pack a punch! Heat without altering the taste of the tacos. I loved it!!
